NEW CLIENTS
I welcome new individual adult clients for my wait list for telehealth services.
Thank you for considering your therapeutic journey with this practice!
Please reach out if you are interested in starting within the months ahead.
As a new client prepares for services, they receive secure client portal access to complete screening, intake, consent, and financial agreement documents before services can be scheduled and begin.
If you are still searching for the right fit and timing for you, there are many great clinicians out there and I wish you well on your continued search.
You may wish to research other clinicians in your insurance network directory, use the search and filter features on websites like PsychologyToday.com, OpenPathCollective.org, Zencare.co, or contact a local organization such as the Mental Health Association of Central Florida's Connections Referral Program to gain support finding the therapist that matches your needs.
TELEHEALTH NOTICE
All sessions and meetings are being held via telehealth at this time.
Historically, I made both in-office and telehealth options equally available.
As of May 2025, I am now meeting remotely only while responding to a family emergency and likely gradual practice relocation.
I enjoy and often prefer meeting in person and in the office. However, Telehealth has near equal value for most treatment aims and in many ways helps create accessible care.
Even so, telehealth is not the service method for everyone at all times. Occasionally, a client’s circumstance or symptoms may better benefit from in-office services and be redirected to local in-person treatment.
Sessions and meetings are to be held with the same respect to privacy protection. There is no recording, screen capturing, or sharing of private virtual sessions by client or clinician.
Sessions are often a better experience with less strain to focus or engage when using the larger and handsfree screens of a tablet, laptop, or monitor as compared to a cellphone. However, most technology with internet access, capable of audio and video, will ultimatley work well.
You will review a Telehealth Informed Consent document outlining risks and benefits to this mode of service before starting, and this can be discussed if you have any questions or concerns at any time.
